My spouse is seeing someone else. Is this enough to get divorced in Oregon? Oregon has adopted the concept of "no fault" divorce. Unlike some other states where a party seeking a divorce may need to show cruelty, adultery, abandonment or. It seems Oregon parents and spouses are trying to handle their own family law matters more than ever.

I am the son of divorced parents. I've experienced separate households - for good and for bad. Through my practice, I have personally witnessed the breadth of emotions and difficulties experienced by my clients. I understand that those who come see me are dealing with one of the most difficult times in their lives.

I was born and raised in Oregon. Since 2012, I have called the North Oregon Coast home. My biological parents separated and, shortly after, my mother remarried. When I was a teen my mother divorced my Step-Father and I went to live my Aunt in New Mexico. Upon returning to Oregon during my first marriage, I acquired an AAS - Paralegal from Portland Community College - I focused on Civil Litigation, Family Law, and Criminal Law.
