Inursha Fitness opened in 1999, with the goal to provide Fort Worth with an upscale fitness facility. We have grown over the years but we have made it our business to bring health and fitness to our members through a very personal connection. Our strength comes from our sense of community - of belonging.

There is no intimidation, just a new healthy lifestyle, one step at a time. Having variety in your workout program is important to your overall health for many reasons. The easiest way for you to stick to your workout routine is to make sure you are having fun while you are working out. Inursha Fitness offers a variety of classes and workouts to help you alternate your program.

Individual Memberships

Initiation Fee is waived with a commitment of 3 months or more, or with the purchase of 5 or more personal training sessions. Freezing your account is a great feature for members if you are traveling, busy with the holidays or just need a break. You may choose two months out of the year to place your account on hold.
Corporate Memberships

Personal Training Programs

Our personal training team uses their extensive experience with proven exercise practices and new industry trends to help you attain your goal. Knowledge - Inursha personal trainers are certified and/or degreed in exercise physiology and kinesiology.
Sport Specific Training

Sport Specific Training introduces & refines the necessary skills to excel at any sport. Your young athlete will feel more confident in their agility, speed, & hand/eye coordination. Group or individual training is available. Strength training is an essential element of fitness for every sport. Resistance exercises only add unnecessary bulk to athletes and hinders their ability to execute skill and perform that their best.

Robin Thomas, owner of Inursha Fitness in Fort Worth, has educational background in exercise science, is a certified personal trainer and certified sports nutritionist. He is certified in baseball through the MLB Academy and specializes in Sports Specific Training. Having both coached and played baseball for over 30 years, he is knowledgeable and capable of working with athletes of all skill levels - from kids to professionals.
