A membership to Momentum Fitness Tallahassee is the only one you need. When you join Momentum as a signature member, you get access to our Elevate heart rate-based classes, our traditional group fitness classes, gym access, guest privileges, smoothie bar, and more. Our owners have been in the health and fitness industry for over 30 years.
Training

A membership at Momentum allows you to build your full gym experience, starting with the most basic gym access, to the highest membership levels, which include Elevate team training programming and other perks. Fitness Background: Been in the gym since 2011 and have worked in one since 2014. I've been fortunate to supply memberships and training to thousands of people and give them the opportunity to reach their fitness goals.

Membership Freeze

Not sure you're ready for a permanent goodbye? Us either. We offer our members the option to freeze their membership when they're thinking about canceling. This way, you won't have to worry about your membership rate increasing should you decide to come back later. Freeze only applies to the monthly membership rate and not the annual Club Enhancement Fee.
