I am a 1989 graduate of Union College and earned J.D., cum laude, from SUNY Buffalo School of Law in 1994. While in law school, I was a member of the Buffalo Law Review. I was born in St. Petersburg, Russia, and am fluent in Russian. I also understand Ukrainian. Locally, I work with Russian and Ukrainian immigrants, and I am involved with several community organizations.
