We worked with The Motley Team on the sale of a condominium in a unique Julia Morgan designed six unit building in the fall of 2015. The sale came together within about 45 days and we felt we were well taken care of in the process. Saraya held an open house for neighbors which allowed us to get the word out in the neighborhood that a coveted building close to CAL Berkeley had a unit for sale. All these little details help in the sales process. Great professionalism and care for their clients is their trademark.
