Services
Swedish Massage
Our Swedish Massage employs long, flowing strokes to promote deep relaxation and improve circulation. This gentle technique works best for clients seeking stress relief or new to massage therapy. Sessions focus on muscle tension release through kneading and rhythmic tapping motions tailored to individual comfort levels.
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep Tissue Massage targets chronic muscle tension using focused pressure on deeper muscle layers. Ideal for injury recovery or persistent pain, this technique addresses specific problem areas through slow, deliberate strokes. Therapists adjust intensity based on client feedback to ensure effective yet comfortable treatment.
Thai Massage
Thai Massage combines acupressure and assisted yoga postures to enhance energy flow and flexibility. Practitioners use palms, elbows, and feet to stretch muscles while stimulating energy lines. This invigorating session benefits those seeking improved mobility and systemic balance through traditional healing methods.
Hot Stone Massage
Natural Hot Stone Massage uses warmed basalt stones to relax muscles and soothe tension. The therapeutic heat penetrates deep tissue while smooth stones glide across skin in rhythmic patterns. This treatment excels at relieving muscle stiffness and promoting profound relaxation through combined thermal and massage effects.
Sports Massage
Sports or Fusion Massage blends techniques to enhance athletic performance and recovery. Focused sessions address specific muscle groups used in training or competition. Therapists employ stretching and deep friction methods to prevent injuries, improve flexibility, and maintain optimal physical condition for active individuals.

Miss Sally is amazing. So kind and very informative. She has the Hands of a Goddess. She was gentle and strong. Gave me stretching information and showed me safe ways to stretch. She is absolutely amazing! Miss Sally almost put me to sleep. Definitely will recommend Her to everyone I know and meet.

Malai is a little talkative, but she does wonders. I do a lot of fabrication, drilling, being upside down in driver seat floorboards and I get incredibly tight muscles and so sore it's hard to do day to day things She does an outstanding job of working everything out and making me feel so so much better

Malai is amazing at what she does and she's quite the storyteller. I have not laughed so much during a massage until I scheduled a Thai massage with her. She uses the perfect amount of pressure and does not miss a spot. Her prices are also very reasonably priced. I will definitely be going back!

Malai is an great massage therapist and I could tell she was very experienced. However, she spent the entire time complaining about her other clients. In addition, one of her massage rooms is situated right on Yadkin road with no sound proofing. It literally sounded like I was in rush hour traffic while I am there trying to relax. Spending $80 on a massage is a treat for me, and I came away feeling more stressed than when I went in. I will not be back.

I typically do not write reviews but Malai is amazing by far the best Massage Therapist I have worked with. I usually am not able to get enough good pressure in a massage but she actually could apply more pressure than I could handle which was amazing because typically while getting a massage it feels great but after you feel little difference. I feel like a completely new person the chronic back pain is gone. Her rates are very reasonable for the services provided. You can not bring children which makes perfect sense. The Liability of having unsupervised children plus how could anyone think they

I'm not extremely experienced with massage parlors, but the staff seemed at least somewhat knowledgeable and were enjoyable to converse with. The prices are okay, just a tad bit higher than should be, maybe $10 or so higher on average, so not too bad. One major flaw that will keep me from returning is that they don't allow children of any age. Instead of being able to just sit my 2 month old daughter in the room and get a massage while she sleeps in her carrier, I have to get a babysitter, which drives the final price of the massage way up. I understand not wanting kids loudly wrestling around
