After graduating from Washburn University School of Law in 2000, Greg returned to Hays to practice law. His many practice areas include family law, estate planning, civil litigation, business and contract law and criminal defense, .

Carol always knew that she wanted to be in a helping profession, and originally considered becoming a psychologist.
