The heart and soul of how I help others is as a counselor who meets clients where they are in life, relationships, struggles, and so on. My education and eight years of experience have prepared me to work with individuals, couples and families with a breadth of issues related to relationship struggles, addiction, moderate to severe emotional disturbances (anxiety/depression), trauma and mental disorders.

I believe we have the power not just to survive, yet we deserve to thrive in life. When my clients first come in, I want them to feel comfortable and at ease. You deserve to be heard. I hope to build a relationship that allows you to be you, develops understanding and trust, and can be supportive while working through the challenging parts.

As a counselor, my client's individuality is respected, including their spiritual or religious beliefs, while recognizing that each person has unique reasons for receiving therapy. I desire to establish a safe environment that allows us to develop a collaborative relationship to assess issues, set goals and achieve growth.
