We begin every staff meeting with a reading of our mission, vision and core values. Back in 2003, in the face of tremendous growth, we knew it was time to develop a strategic plan. As part of that process, we brainstormed what it means to work at Hayner Hoyt. Turns out, our company culture was pretty well defined before it was, well, defined.

When it is beneficial to your project, we have the hands-on expertise of more than 60 skilled craftsmen to assist with foundations/concrete, masonry, carpentry, light gauge metal framing, drywall, acoustical ceilings, and finish work.As your construction manager, we combine our skill as both a pre-construction leader and general contractor to maximize the economy and performance of your project.
