Our firm specializes in estate planning which includes preparing wills, trust and other documents designed to allow decisions to be made which will avoid the necessity of involving the Court system. In addition to Estate Planning and Probate, our office also handles Medicaid planning.

The practice of Medicaid planning involves the preservation of assets which allows the individual the opportunity to ensure that their hard-earned assets are distributed to their beneficiaries.The planning performed by our firm is designed to preserve and protect the assets, make them free from creditors' claims and allows for the seamless transition of assets to the client's loved ones.

Linda is a Legal Assistant with the firm and is responsible for preparing those documents necessary for Estate Planning, Medicaid Planning and VA Planning, as well as handling client billing. Linda has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Florida International University. She is a Florida native having grown up in the Miami-Dade area.

When a decedent establishes a Revocable Trust during their lifetime, and subsequently dies, the Successor Trustee makes distribution of the Trust assets in accordance with the Trust Agreement. If you create a Revocable Trust and properly fund it by re-titling your assets in the name of the Trust, then your estate will not be subject to a probate proceeding.
