Since becoming the Planning Board Attorney for the Township of Mahwah in the 1980's, I have been involved in all aspects of Zoning Law, representing institutions, corporations and individuals. Over the years, I have acquired a thorough knowledge of the zoning regulations of Mahwah and adjacent communities as well as a deep understanding of how to work with local government officials and staff.

There are several options available to those interested in Estate Planning. Each type of instrument has its benefits and drawbacks. A Will is usually the least expensive and simplest approach. Revocable Trusts produce no real tax benefits but do ease the process of distributing assets after death.

I have served as private defense counsel and as a public defender for hundreds of clients over the past 40 years. In that time, I have negotiated favorable plea agreements and successfully tried cases involving robbery, aggravated assault, possession with intent to distribute, and sexual assault. The experience I have acquired enables me to know with relative certainty the probable outcome is a dismissal, probation, fines or-at worst-prison.
