The printer work both for printing directly to the shirt, and for making transfers for other types of materials. The service I received from Jacky the past couple of times was great. While there were a couple of delays while he was finding solutions and software, in the end, the machine was updated and works very well.

We purchased our Freejet 330TX Plus 6 months ago. We just had our first tech appointment to change out our printhead. Cherry was so patient and helpful in walking us through the process of flushing the lines and changing the printhead. Our machine has been great. We do routine maintenance and try to print every day to keep the machine in great condition. Overall, we've been happy with the quality of prints from the machine and the level of service we've received thus far!
