Dr. Haugen grew up in Clinton, MN and graduated from Clinton-Graceville-Beardsley High School. He did his undergraduate study at Northern State University and Minnesota State University Moorhead where he obtained his Associate in Arts degree. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Human Biology and Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, MN.
