I've worked with Rexco development in the past. The owners are ambitious and go getters. They have developed: apartments, tilt up buildings, commercial buildings and even a hotel. I did the survey part of the job. Where I did most of the work was in the Dos Lagos area and temescal canyon. I also surveyed by monster way.

As a tenant of REXCO be prepared to have them try and stick you for everything they can including construction defects in their buildings that are there when you rent it. We had a underground fire line break and ruin a lot of equipment due to a pipe that rusted through under the parking lot and yep they even tried to blame us and we just rented the 18,000' building. They also charge you for insurance and then when you need it they won't provide it. Be forewarned it will happen to you.

Don't trust this company. Flake on appointments. Very unproffeaional.
Corporate VP's show up after being told the office is secure and bam same day lease right from under you.
Had previous appointments and they cancelled.
Communication very poor don't return phone calls etc.
What a disappointment.
