I recently moved but it seems that new management is taking pride in their investment. I resided their for roughly 3 years. I will not defame the new owners for things that were not in their control. I moved because the AC equipment in my apartment was in such disrepair that it was causing my light bill to exceed 400$ a month I simply could not justify living their when my light bill was nearly half of my rent. I had a second floor apartment and it was nearly impossible to keep it cool with out the ac running all day with out stoping. (This was an issue long before new management took over)

Very quiet, well-maintained community with professional and courteous staff. I have not lived in an apartment in close to 30 years and am adjusting more readily than I thought I would. I credit the staff and their maintenance of the property.

My whole building has roaches and the office refuses to do anything about it. They just send out the exterminator to spray and it does nothing. Then when I call to have the exterminator come back out next week because the roaches are still bad they get mad at you because the exterminator was out a week ago. The office staff is also rude and unhelpful.

Great affordable apartments for SHSU students. Pet friendly apartment with reasonable policies/deposits. Lived here for 3 years and had no trouble. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone student or not. Management and maintenance was great. Going to miss them for sure. If we had a problem it was resolved in a timely manner. I am going to miss living here. It was a place that I called home.

Would give 0 stars if it let me. I lived here for about a year and a half. I stayed there for about two weeks out of the month and my energy bill was $130+ because they refused to fix my A/C. It wouldnt get cold at during the summer and they suggested that I use black curtains! They also didnt fix the crack in my bathtub that was there before I moved in. To top it all off, DO NOT live in an apartment across from the office. The apartment manager wouldnt let people come over to MY APARTMENT that I paid $730 a month for unless I put them on my lease! I was told I couldve reported them

I lived in these apartments for two years and I really enjoyed my time there! Neighbors were really nice and the complex in general was pretty quiet. The staff always treated me well and were very amicable. If youre an SHSU student, rent here is way more affordable and spacious in comparison to other apartment complexes in the campus area. Highly recommend!
