T.J. is a 1985 graduate of St. Albans High School. He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1990 from Marshall University and in 1994 earned an Associate Degree in Claims from the Insurance Institute of America. T.J. has worked in the insurance industry for more than 19 years as a licensed insurance adjuster and a licensed insurance agent.
He is also an accomplished author, speaker, and consultant. T.J. is married to Teresa. They have two children, Brett and Blake. Walt is a lifelong resident of St. Albans and he currently resides on South Walnut Street with his wife, Susan Cottrell Hall.
