Therapeutic massage - is manipulating soft tissue of the body to help promote relaxation throughout. It helps to increase circulation and oxygen in the soft tissue to release tension. A great treatment to center oneself and become grounded. Deep Tissue Massage - is similar to Therapeutic, but the deeper pressure is more focus on aiding to release chronic muscle tension.

Incredible bodywork! Her massage was exactly what I needed after a 9-mile run. Great combination of stretching and pressure to help with the pain in my hips, legs and feet. I always carry a lot of stress and tension in my shoulders and neck area, and she made it melt away. I left feeling elated! (And, as an added bonus, I could walk to the studio from my house.)
