Superior Office Solutions has been a vendor for my firm for many years. I recently have worked with Jacki Eckers closely to get two copiers delivered to my firm and one removed. It was an excellent experience. Jacki was extremely responsive and really put forth the effort to assist. She showed that she really cared about the situation and that we weren't just another job.
