Was able to get an appointment same day after trying at our regular place for over a week. They were able to see our elderly chihuahua, who was diagnosed with bronchitis. They were able to get us the medication he needed and he's feeling much better only 2 days into them. I am probably going to make these guys my main vet from now on.

Maybe Ive been spoiled by having a great vet in my old area, but I wasnt impressed. They take your pet away from you into the back to check vitals and do the exam, which is a completely new experience for me. Ive always been included in my pets care, and I 100% prefer to be included. Also, I brought in my pups previous medical records, which they took to enter into their system, and when I asked for them back, I was informed she had shredded them Im sorry, what? We have been taking our 6 month old Ridgeback to Providence Square since we got her, and we have had nothing but a positive experience. Our pup is high energy but the Providence staff always takes the best care of her. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgable about the animals. I'm lucky we found them!

Edit: They literally called 30 minutes after I posted this. I was told many times the vet would talk to me and she never did. Someone in the back just kept running back and forth to the phone with what she said. It was very hard to understand and I have no idea what is going on with my cat. I am so disappointed especially after reading the reviews here. I took my cat in on 12/6. We did bloodwork and x rays. Ive called many times and the results still arent in. Im wondering if the sample is still even viable. I also called with concerns about the pills I was told to give her as she wasnt

I don't know where to begin. I come from a small town in Maine. My Veterinarian came to my truck in the dead of winter to give my old, feeble lab his shots. When I had to put him down, they met me in the bed of my truck and cried as hard as I did. I adopted an abused Dachshund 3.5 years ago. He now has back issues. I did my research because I was certain no-one could compare to the service I received back home. I saw the 5 star rating and hoped for the best. I was floored by the service they gave to Max. They not only fit him in the following day, they saw him within a short amount of time and
