Bought my wife some massage therapy time for her birthday. Paid in advance. I was coming in to give a tip once I saw my wife's time was up, then saw her reaching for her purse. I asked her if they'd requested a tip and they had. I reminded them they're not supposed to ask for tips and that I was reviewing on Google, but I would still tip because the massage had been enjoyable for my wife. They immediately began apologizing and admitting their error. They insisted that I not tip and begged me not to write a review.

The facility was clean, fresh, and well lit. The staff was professional, friendly and made me feel comfortable. Other places I have been the therapists have talked to me throughout the entire massage. At Massage-Escape the therapist provided me with instructions and asked for feedback once inquiring if she was pressing too hard, so I was actually able to relax. It was very peaceful and felt very much like a retreat. Shelly was fantastic, if you haven't visited yet I would highly recommend!!!
