The Mini Bliss is a 30 minute massage followed by an express facial total treatment time is 60 min. This massage, often called "the deepest, most luxurious massage on earth", Two overhead bars to support the therapist while using their feet to deeply massage the client. Christy Barnes started Carpe Diem Massage straight out of massage school in 2000, bravely leasing a space without a single client. With spirit, ingenuity and determination she set out to build a practice from the ground up. It began as a solo studio in the Proctor District, and has gone though many changes throughout the years.

I have always been interested in the body's way of healing and repair through exercise and diet. In 2007 I became a National Strength and Conditioning Certified personal trainer and it helped furthered knowledge in human movement and repair. My interest in massage began when I met my future wife, and massage therapist, Christy in 2008.
