DTG is the latest technology in fabric printing. It is printing an image directly onto a garment or fabric without needing any positive films, screens, set up, . The ECO friendly water based ink is printed directly onto fabric which results in exceptional "soft feel" print as well as offering more flexibility than screen-printing in terms of color variation, turn-around time (especially for smaller orders).

Before sending us the image, try to imagine how it is going to look like on a round surface. Also note that majority of circle design will give you the illusion of the image being oval therefore the design has to be alerted.

Please communicate with us via e-mails rather than phone calls since the only way to answer your questions of what is possible and what is not is by looking at your design to understand what you are looking for. Creating a file that can be used in the rhinestone machine is very different than any other graphic designs files.

In Screen printing ( just like using stencils to print ) every color needs its own screen, this is the most economical way of printing high quantities especially when your image is in spot colors. Screen print ink which is called "Plastisol ink" requires up to 15 second drying time in 350 Deg. Fahrenheit.
