Rowboat Creative's embroidery department houses numerous top-of-the-line Tajima machines. Our team of efficient operator's and in-house digitizers have the ability to create custom pieces with attention to detail for flat embroidery and 3d/puff embroidery.

Dye sublimation is an advanced imprint technology that allows apparel and merchandise to be customized with designs, branding, and colors that are heat-infused directly into fabric giving a no feel imprint on the merchandise. The printing method is perfect for active-wear, and any garments and substrates that are composed of 100% polyester or contain a poly coating.
Direct To Garment

Direct to Garment (DTG) printing gives our Chicago printing facility the ability to print directly to your garment using special water based apparel inks. No heat transfer is needed for DTG. Full color printing is now possible at a low cost and fast turnaround, using our ink jet technology. Ability to print extremely detailed images (gradients, shading, full color photographs, etc.)
