**UPDATE-1 year lease completed**
Positives: Sanjana! Sanjana is a awesome property manager! The maintenance staff is also wonderful. The new security gate was a great addition.
Amazon locker on site along with new mailboxes. Never had a issue with ants or other bugs. I saw one bug, called the office and Sanjana had the pest company come spray my doorway. Never saw another bug after that .
Nest thermostat was a super convenient way to control the heat/air while you are at home or away.(make sure you download the app )
New Smart washer and dryer-I will truly miss you Lol

They are a scam, you send the application request online and the website does not work correctly, then we asked for the money to be returned and we never received the refund

9 weeks and no mailbox ! No responsibility or concern either!!!
UPDATE: 3 month lease came and went, never got mailbox, be sure not to rent apt without mailbox, their story is, they are ordering mailbox replacement, then they are ordering parts. Why lie?!!!! Need option for negative stars....
