These are the worst apartments ever. Dont live here, you hear every single footstep and door closing and the workers dont care about anything here. You pay $1,000 a month to hear the people above you and for the workers here to not do anything to help or even care. DONT LIVE HERE EVER

I have been here since 2017. I haven't seen anything worthy to complain. The management has been changed few times since then. But all were nice to me when I needed. The maintenance service is always doing well. I'm glad to be a part of this community.

This is the absolute WORST apartment complex I have ever experienced. If I could give a negative review, I would. The apartment had not been cleaned at all when we first moved in. The toilets were disgusting, there were hairs in the drawers, and the cabinets had sticky residue all over them. The cleaning company told us they wouldn't finish cleaning until Pebblebrook paid them (SO UNPROFESSIONAL). Also, the strip nails on the edges of the carpets were never nailed down, so we had to do it ourselves because we had a dog. Within the first month of living here, there was a gas leak. I had to have

Hailey and Robbie are always extremely helpful whenever I have an issue. My apartment is nice and I enjoyed the pool this summer.
