We were out of state property owners, needing to sell our condominium used nine years as a rental in RSM. After several solicitations, phone calls and interviews, we selected Ryan. He presented a well-defined approach, pricing point rationale and especially a concierge service for repairs and refreshing the condo. To have someone trustworthy to handle several contractors updating the property for a modern-day sale, while we were not present, was extremely important. Ryan came through with flying colors. The condo was refurbished, presented beautifully, and sold immediately without any hassles

Ryan was very responsive and knowledgeable from start to finish, he answered my calls and texts pretty much 24/7 and was very professional in doing so. He helped me choose a very competitive list price that I thought was a bit high at first but I trusted he did his research and after only 5 days on the market we accepted an offer and closed 17 days later $35,000 over asking price! Would definitely recommend Plan A Real Estate and will be using them again in the future.
