The project consisted of an addition to and renovation of the existing Tripp Fitness Center at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. The 8,800 square foot steel framed two-story addition and 11,900 square foot renovation will provide additional weight training areas, multi-purpose rooms, fitness spaces and locker rooms for the campus population.

Two pre-cast concrete three-story frames to house two 40-ton gas fired snow melter systems. The installation of helical piles, piles caps, and grade beams required to support the new structure. Working within normal operating hours in a working garage, we successfully completed additions to the existing Economy Parking Garage at Logan Airport.
