We require the two (2) most recent pay stubs or previous year tax returns (1090 form) if self-employed. Verifiable income associated with attending school will be accepted as an alternative to employment.

Yes, if the lease buy-out fee has been paid. A 60-day notice is required before vacating your apartment, and the lease buy-out fee is $2000.
