No problems in the 2 years thus far weve just outgrown our 3 bedroom and the wait for a 4 is long. My children love it we got lucky and were placed close to the park. I hate we didnt get to utilize the park but other than that its pretty quiet for the most part and convenient to downtown and Long Beach

I wont recommend this place to my worst enemy. The matinence staff take forever to come fix a problem and the office doesn't hold up to the lease agreement at the end. I recommend if you are moving out to make sure they come with you and look over the apartment so they cant stick you with fees. The office staff go off with the evidence they collect while you are moving out and use that to charge extra fees. Dont move in if you dont want a major headache.

This place is very sketchy. There is no privacy at all. Parking at our apartment area is very limited. Other tenants are very dirty. There is trash everywhere, and the trash compactor area is always loaded with bags of trash all over the ground. It's sad. Staff seems friendly. The online payment system is garbage. Management did not properly change the rent price from 411 to 440 and I could not pay the extra amount so I was charged a late fee. The new gate that was put in the front is bad also. I like keeping other people out, but nobody can properly use it so the line to get in the complex goes

Inconsistencies with the rent and move in special. Told my wife I lied about the move in special. The pool is always closed Extremely Heavy gang violence car break ins. Drive by shootings I moved out immediately it was not safe for my children to play outside the tenants and landlords were rude and the maintenance man was rude also. When you try to move out you are threatened with more expenses owed and they will not give you any paperwork nothing adds up my wife and I witnessed a drive by shooting, and car break ins.

I have lived at Brookstone for approximately 18 months. I really enjoy living here. The staff is courteous and professional. My apartment is nice for the rental amount. The grounds are clean.I feel safe because the complex have security. It's a great place to live.
