This is to give a feedback to a great professional dentist, Dr. Charles Badaoui, who took an extra care of me as a doctor and as a human in an emergency situation, where I was in need of urgent assistance and no other hospitals were available due to holiday season and absence of the walk in option (only precooked patients). This clinic accepted me on a walk in basis and the doctor provided all necessary medical assistance on a high professional level, I eventually felt better and have a hope to fully recover during holidays. I’ve been a patient at Copley dental for nearly 20 years. I suffered some major dental trauma in high school which did not heal correctly and needed to be corrected. Dr Badaoui and his team corrected everything from my implants, to my gum repair and augmentation. Since then the care of my general dentistry and implant maintenance has been next level. Badaoui and his staff have become like family. I could not more highly recommend this dental practice!

Dr. Charles in Copley dental did an excellent job for my annual dental clean up. Before the cleaning, I have a lot of built- up stains on my teeth and it’s very hard to get rid of. After the cleaning, I have shining white teeth again! I am very thankful for the doctor’s excellent job! The staffs are also very nice! Definitely a five-star visit!

DO NOT OPT in for a DENTAL EMERGENCY with this Dr.Charles Badaoui. They overcharge you and do not participate with Delta Dental /BCBS if it is an emergency and so they are considered NON-PARTICIPATING provider with the insurance and not OUT-OF-NETWORK. So they charge twice of what is considered maximum allowed by the insurance. So even if insurance pays 90% of maximum allowable, you have to bear 60% in total costs.

I have been seeing Dr. Badaoui and his office for over 20 years. This office is incredibly professional, incredibly passionate about dentistry, and ever so caring about satisfying the physical needs of their patients while displaying the utmost sensitivity to every specific situation. He gives you the information that you need to take care of yourself so you don’t need to see him. And when the time comes for you to need his services, he provides the options and explains the pros and cons of each scenario.
