I've lived here for going on a year and will say I'm very pleased with the staff promptness with request and attitude. The apartment is open, roomy and plenty of storage space for a One bedroom. The only downfall I see is parking, if I'm gone until late evening most times I will not find a parking spot close to my entrance, however, there's normally one on the backside.

Management at this community is top notch! I’ve personally witnessed how kind and understanding the leadership team is. You can easily tell from the pictures of their property that the apartments and amenities are amazing. However, I think it should also be noted how world class their people are as well!

BEWARE OF RENTING HERE!!! Managment waffled when there was a car alarm going off for 4 plus hours right out front of my apartment. Her main concern was having to answer a phone call when she was at the movies with her husband. She then could not not decide whether she had the "right" to tow the car or not. (The car belonged to a non resident and no one could figure out who it belonged to)! WE WERE CHARGED $480 IN PET RENT IN THE YEAR WE LIVED THERE!!! They obviously install the cheapest carpet known to man and it stained terribly if anything was spilled on it. We had a few spots in the entrance

We moved here from MI and had not even seen the property in person before we moved. It was better than expected and Sam,Pam and Brian make you feel like family. I had a health scare a few weeks back and Pam and the staff dropped everything to go above and beyond and help myself and my son out. We are forever grateful. The place is clean, friendly and the maintenance is quick to fix any issues that arise. They make you feel like you are a family.

We have lived here about a month and a half and we love it. Front office staff: Pam, Sam, and Brian are very friendly. Moving in was a breeze. Maintenance, Alex is professional and quick. Apartments are brand new which is awesome ! Ours is a one bedroom and is geared towards kitchen space which is great for us because we cook a lot ! So much cabinet space! Parking is good. Charcoal grill outside every building. The pool is saltwater and is very nice with grills there as well. Dog park, dog wash station, car wash, vacuum area. Gym is small, simple, very nice, and all you need to be in shape. Quiet
