CEREC-One Visit Crowns

I have been a patient of Dr. Wu for over 16 years (and for the record, the first patient to receive the crown from her 3D printer). Throughout those 16 years, I have seen Dr. Wu's dental practice grow considerably but nevertheless she and her staff have maintained their professionalism and warmth during every visit.
I can freely admit that I am very uncomfortable at medical and dental offices. The thought of even having to go into any type of medical facility causes my blood pressure to shoot up faster than a Space X rocket. But thankfully Dr. Wu and her staff makes each visit comfortable

Dr. Wu has been my dentist for several years now and I can't say enough good things about her! She is incredibly professional and compassionate and really cares about her patients. Appointments are painless and she just did a stellar job with my fillings. In addition, the office follows strict covid measures and is clean with great ambiance and music, making for a very relaxing dentist visit! She is simply the best (as evidenced by the numerous awards she has received) and the professionalism of her and her staff is second to none.

My wife and I are patients of Dr. Wu for over 10 years. We are very happy to have her as our dentist. She is very attentive, highly professional and friendly. All dental jobs she performed were excellent and long lasting.
She has a spacious clean office with latest equipment and wonderful staff.
Appointments are always exactly on time - no waiting ever!
We want especially mention hygienist Charles. Few times a year he would perform dental cleaning for both of us and his job is just marvelous.

Too expensive. She is a good dentist but I can not afford her expenses. Plus I don't like these porcelin 3D crowns that may not be as strong as crowns made in the lab, and the procedure for putting a 3d crown is too harsh on gums. Densitery expenses keep going up and soon painless chewing of solid foods will a privilege for the rich in this country.

Dr. Wu was my go-to dentist when I was living in the Bay Area. All the staff are so genuine and personable, and do great work!
I will always remember Charles as well - super personable and loved to geek out over all the available flavors of teeth polish, though I was never adventurous and opted for the standard mint flavor!

After moving out of the Bay Area we miss Dr. Wu's care. My wife and I went to her for more than 10 years and we always found her and her hygienist caring, professional, and friendly. We never questioned the care we received. Options were always provided too if we needed them regarding care.
I see some one of the other reviews and I can say we never had a long wait - in fact, I was usually the one that showed up two or three minutes late and always wished I had more time to sit in a waiting room without my own kids and read a magazine for a minute

Update in response to Dr Wu's reply below which I missed earlier. I am not miffed by the 15 minute wait beyond my appointment time. What I am appalled about is the demeanor of your staff. They are rude, condescending and ill mannered. Definitely need training on customer service and etiquette.

I have been coming here for 3 years now. I have been to several dentists in South Bay and can honestly attest to Dr. Wu's skill and professionalism. I have had multiple treatments done here including crown, retainer, cleaning and urgent care and have always come out feeling better and well cared for. She's one of the most down to earth gentle people I have come in contact with, who genuinely cares for her patients.

I can not ask for a better dentist! Dr. Jennifer Wu does exceptional dental work. Her bedside manner is both professional and caring. I also appreciate how clean the office is kept.
I chipped my front tooth over the weekend. Dr. Wu squeezed me in on Tuesday & fixed the broken tooth the same day. I simply love her attention to detail and her desire to make my teeth beautiful. I was able to walk away with a wide confident smile once again. Even though Dr. Wu is out of our dental insurance network, her excellent care is worth every penny. I live in LA but my parents live locally. I wait to have my dental work done by Dr. Wu because she is amazing!!! I had to have work done before I left and totally forgot to make an appointment but her team squeezed me in and I got a crown completed in a day!

I have been coming here for many years, oh time goes by fast!
I like Jennifer, Ming and all my hygienist here. They are very professional and welcoming, every time I go, I feel like I am going to see some old friends.
However the front desk ladies could be a bit off. There used to be an old lady here and she was great, but she is no longer here, which is sad.

I used to not brush so I've been to MANY dentists. I've finally found the one! This place is an all around 5/5. Staff is very friendly and they have free wifi. Thanks to all the Yelpers going, scheduling is a little difficult.
Jennifer Wu (Dentist) - I really can't recommend her enough. I sometimes debate about not moving out of the bay area because I'll need to find a new dentist. Very friendly and knowledgeable.
