The brewery must be independent, meaning that less than 25% of the brewery is owned by a non-craft beer brewery. The brewery must also be traditional, meaning the majority of the beers produced by the brewery must consist of innovative brewing ingredients. Publico Kitchen & Tap has taken advantage of your interest in local, fresh, Lat-Asian cuisine and craft beers.
