My passion for leading a healthy lifestyle started years ago when I took my first outdoor boot camp class. It inspired me to pursue a career in fitness, obtain my personal training certificate, and teach my own boot camp classes. From there, my desire evolved into focusing on nutrition as well, and I went on to earn my certification as a Holistic Health Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.

However, you should only progress an exercise once you're no longer being challenged with the beginner exercise.
