This is a good dentist I can trust.
10 years ago, I came here to get a second opinion, I gave him a try, the results are very satisfactory.
Now my daughter and my husband are Dr. Chai's patient too. Dr. Chai is very experienced and professional.
Fortunately "looking no more" for us. We are Dr. Chai's loyal patients because we trust him.

Chai Dentistry is an accommodating and efficient family owned business. They have allowed me to push back appointments because of the terrible traffic I have to endure from driving over from Monterey Park - I like this practice so much that I am willing to drive 30 miles to them. Paul Chai and his father have been my dentists for 2 years and they are extremely knowledgeable and personable. The both of them personally spent 1 hour with me on consulting and molding my teeth for Invisalign. I would recommend this practice to my friends and family.

I was really happy they squeezed me in at the really busy day which was the last week of the year. I didn't know what happen to my teeth. All I know was that it hurt so much before I walked in chai dentistry. The doctors and staff are really friend and kind. The younger Doctor chai gave me the treatment that stopped my pain immediately. I really appreciate that they saved my teeth. I don't know what would happen if I didn't find them at that day. Definitely recommend Chai Dentistry to everyone.

The office is run by the Chai family. Because of that, you can feel the loving and cozy atmosphere as you walk into the office. The office is not only beautifully decorated but is also equipped with very new technology. It helped to move things along. I was in and out in less than 30 min. Everyone was friendly and helpful. My visit was quick and painless!

I considered Dr. Chai a "practical artist" who sincerely loves his job and cares about his patients. He explains your conditions professionally without scaring you into over-treatments or making you paranoid.

I've been coming to Chai Dentistry for YEARS! (aka doesn't mean much as I try to avoid the dentist as much as possible)
Chai Dentistry is a family run practice. 2 Dr. Chai's, father and son, with the mother taking care of the front. They're Taiwanese speaking both fluent English, Mandarin, and Taiwanese. As such it's a perfect place to bring your whole family. The older generation gets along with the skilled elder Chai, and the kids get to chill with the cool Chai. (Parents, this is a great place to show your kids that they too can become a cool dentist)

I came to Chai Dentistry for cleanings and wisdom teeth consultation. I was hesitant to get my wisdom teeth out, but Dr. Tsongi Chai was able to skillfully remove both of my wisdom teeth very quickly without any pain. No need for general anesthesia. There was no after-extraction pain either.
Dr. Paul Chai is great with patients and is gentle with the cleaning. His personable attitude takes the fear out of going to the dentist. His thoroughness in his procedures ensures that you leave the office with the cleanest smile.

My family do the checkup and cleaning at the Chai Dentistry. Both of the doctors are very patient and friendly, so even my two kids (10 and 12 years old) feel relaxed when they are having the check. Dr. Chai is also a very skilled dentist .He did a special surgery for my daughter,and my daughter didn't feel painful. I think it was very successful,too.I feel really thankful that we are no longer dread seeing a dentist.

Honestly, like many people, I hate visits to the dentist. I dread it. In fact, I usually just put it off.
Chai Dentistry made me change my mind. Both Tsongi and Paul are so friendly and welcoming, making me feel extremely at ease. I never feel uncomfortable in their seats. They both work efficiently and are very knowledgeable.
Tsongi has a friendly, no nonsense style and you can't help but feel like your smile is getting the best care possible.
Paul is such a sweetheart, he's especially good with little children. He's got a killer smile and always dressed with great style.

If you are looking for a skilled dentist who cares about his/her patients, Dr. Chai is the one for you. My niece was told by another dentist that she had three cavities. However, after a dental checkup performed by Dr. Chai, he found nothing wrong with her teeth. Dr. Chai will not ask you to do unnecessary dental treatment and he will save money for you.
Dr. Paul Chai is so gentle when giving my wife an injection. My wife told me she didn't feel any pain.
It's not too difficult to have a friendly dentist. But, it's hard to find a nice, caring dentist with outstanding dental skills

I am happy to report that I no longer dread going to the dentist.
I mean, I really shouldn't. I kind of hit the genetic jackpot when it came to teeth. I didn't floss until age 26, I didn't see a dentist between the ages of 13 and 19, yet I haven't had a single cavity since I got my full set of permanent teeth. And the kicker? I didn't even need wisdom tooth extractions!
Yet I hated going to my previous dentist's office because:
1. I kept getting the same, super heavy-handed hygienist despite requesting a different one every time.
2. I hardly got to see my actual

As I complained to my colleague about the bad dentists I had before, things like multiple whole mouth X-rays to use up insurance, and most insane, turn a cavity into root canal and crown. Those are the most common practices that bad dentists do today. My colleague assured me it won't happen at this dental office, which is run by a family, the wife as a register, and two dentists, the husband and their son.

This place was pretty easy to find and has a very easy parking lot. My last dentist had a place that was so hard to find parking, that I had to come at least an one-hour early or I would be late for my appointments!
