Maintenance will check appliances, heat, a/c and toilets to make sure all are working properly. Then, we paint and clean the unit and have the carpet cleaned and deodorized. If it is during our office office, you may come to the office for a key. If we come to you, the charge is $25.00. If it is after office hours, you can call our emergency line and maintenance will respond, but, there is a charge of $100.00, that can be put on your ledger.
