I started Manchester Properties as a way to preserve my commitment to putting clients needs over my own. With the explosive growth of the Colorado real estate market that we're still seeing, we've also seen a huge increase in the number of new Realtors. One of my biggest concerns is the client experience when buying or selling the largest asset most people will own.
There are multiple opportunities during the buying or selling process for an inexperienced Realtor to sour the experience for their client, and there are so many ways for a client to feel like they didn't receive value for what their Realtor was paid. I want Manchester Properties to fill a gap in residential brokerage between the value and service received and the commission paid.

Monument
Report
Monument has so much to offer, as well as being a good middle ground between Denver and Colorado Springs. The views, the laid back atmosphere, the delightful residents, and the charming small town feel all add up to one of the greatest little towns on the Front Range, and in America at large. There are a number of fun and exciting restaurants in Monument and the Tri-Lakes area.

Across the highway from the United States Air Force Academy, Gleneagle is a highly desirable neighborhood in the North Gate area. Developed in the 1980s as a golf course community, the neighborhood is being reimagined with beautiful new homes where the golf course once lay. Nearby Fox Run Park is a peaceful environment among the thick forest of ponderosa pines.
