I've had a few maintenance requests, such as replacing our front door light bulb, the restrooms outlet, and the bath tub faucet. David has always come to our rescue. He is very attentive, kind, and respectful when entering the apartment. David is also always acknowledging us throughout the apartment complex as well. David is an excellent asset to the property management team. Thank you, David, for all of your hard work and fixing all of our issues on time!

I enjoy living here a lot, gym is always nice, good neighbors, great parking, safe, not too bad tbh. Plus David helps very quickly and easily which makes life smoother

David, our maintenance hero, is amazing!! He is so attentive and immediately knows how to solve any issue. Hes extremely knowledgeable and a really kind, sweet man. Just hanging out with him/saying hi, will brighten anyones day. I cant sing his praises enough. Hes one of the best highlights of Madrid apartments! :)
