I NEED TO PAY $5,000 OUT OF POCKET TO FIX HIS MISTAKE-SUBPAR PRACTICE - I came here last year and needed 2 root canals & a deep cleaning: I made a follow up appointment because I developed a pustule on the gums of where the work was done-I thought maybe he knicked me during the deep cleaning - he said no it's nothing to be concerned about & prescribed me an antiseptic mouthwash. This did not help!!! 1 year later the pustule is a direct symptom of a bad root canal job & infection. This is clear on the x-ray & now I need to pay $5,000 out of pocket to fix his mistake. I wish

Started using PerioGel about 6 months ago that Dr. recommended for my gums. Due to Gingivitis my gums recede. I have sensitivity in my teeth.
When i would get a cleaning my gums bleed & hurt a bit. I started using the Gel in the teeth trays every evening before bed.
Went in for my 6 mth cleaning today and no bleeding & no pain except normal lil tinges from cleaning.
No other Dentist ever offered me this treatment. The treatment other Dentist gave me cost me ovet 400.00 and didnt do anything.
I feel this treatment is well worth it. It's a lil expensive but i would

I felt this doctor was out for making money ...I went in missing a tooth and the first thing he wanted
To talk to me about was invisaline and veneers I got upset because I was hurting missing a tooth and I wanted to fix that he was pushing and peddling his product so hard made me feel like he just wanted to make money didn't really care about the problem that I went in with. Then when I asked him to help me with my tooth he Said he never does any work on the first appointment. I left work early to get this done and he said he couldn't do anything I thought that should've been said

Have never felt so unwelcome at any establishment as I did here. Other than receptionist, staff was super unfriendly. They all acted like if they were doing me a favor. Dentist did not take time to explain procedures , simply referred me to his staff for pricing and payment options. I was planning to spend $ 3600 there, but after second visit, definitely taking my money elsewhere.

After having bad luck with dental offices, I have finally found a dentist I can trust. I truly appreciate Dr. Trinh's honest opinions regarding services and treatments. Dr. Trinh and his staff have made my Invisalign experience so easy and affordable. I previously had braces as a kid and I love how Invisalign allows you to straighten your teeth comfortably without all the metal brackets and wires. I will continue coming back here for all my dental needs!

I've been seeing Dr.Trihn & his team for quite some time now, and I am so pleased with all of his work that he has performed on me! I had to do a root canal and put on a crown... Wow! I am impressed with the whole process! Dr. Trinh is fast, efficient, and he makes going to the dentist painless... He's got a great staff and I've never had a dentist care so much about how I feel and if I was in pain! I'd recommend Dr. Trinh to anyone with a toothache who needs immediate relief... This is by far the best dentist I have ever been to! Dr. Trihn is so fast but very efficient . I usually am such a nervous wreck before dentist appts but that is no longer the case. I've had 4 fillings replaced , teeth whitening , and cleanings it always amazes me how pain free and efficient he is . I especially love that he is the only one that does the work no other dental hygienist cleans my teeth they are done by the Dr. himself so I always get a real good cleaning! I never wait long ever this is a 5 star place for me!

Friendly and quick service. They even gave me a neck roll and magazine while I waited for the dentist. Not too pushy about treatments ...gave me time to think and decide and only recommended what was actually needed. Had a bad experience with my last dentist and now have switched here and am completely happy about the change.

I've never been disappointed with Dr. Trinh. I remember getting four wisdom teeth pulled out, and was practically having a normal conversation towards the end of the day (and if anyone knows anything about wisdom teeth, you aren't really feeling normal until the 3rd day after you get them extracted!!!). I usually cry at the dentist. Shots freak me out, and as soon as I see a needle, I practically turn into a 3 year old and need to be calmed down! Here, they don't mind my crying lol ! Gotta love them all ! I've been coming here for almost 10 years, and here is where I will remain

Had a livingsocial voucher for smilegps. Front desk barely even knew what it was.
I think having the voucher made the attendants treat u that much worse.
When i got in the dental assistant had a rude attitude towards me, said i was here for only a check up, when I was there for the Voucher, which included cleaning, exam, and x-ray. She had this blank attitude, once i told her i had a voucher. I had to say i had a voucher like 10 times throughout this whole visit.
The actual dentist ain't all that nice of a person either
