Dr. Kip was born and raised in Utah. He received his bachelors degree at Utah State University and attended dental school at Virginia Commonwealth University. Following dental school, Dr. Kip attended a one year Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at the Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
