I started my workout journey with WBF in September 2018 and now I can’t imagine change my workout location.
Tiffany and her staff doing everything for me to accomplish my goal and they’re open if i have any suggestion. They all are great coach : Sarah, Gigi, Camille, Scott . I feel confortable with all of them. Thanks Tiffany and coaches :-)

I have been going to Tiffany at Whole Body Fitness for almost a year, and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. Tiffany has been the best trainer I have ever worked with- she is so knowledgeable, works with any injury or deficit I have, and has helped me establish strength and a routine I have never had before (plus she is an amazing human). She has changed the way I view the gym and how it can support (and unlock) all the activities I like to do outside. I am so grateful I found her!

I LOVE this place. I've worked out with Tiffany, Sara, and Bekah. I'd recommend all of them to anyone. Hands down this place is the best! I've never been a gym person and I was skeptical to join. I'm so glad I did. I decided about 1 year and half ago to make some major shifts in my life, and getting myself to a healthy me was my number 1! I was paired up with Tiffany and I'm so glad that we met. She literally changed my life. She is so kind and fun and pushes you to do things you had no idea your body could! I saw a transformation and I was hooked. She is so encouraging without ever being pushy. She listens to what your goals are and is dedicated to helping you get there. There is zero judgement

Working out at WB Fitness with Tiffany has been one of the best decisions I have made. Tiffany has been great to work with because she is very tuned in to what my body needs. She listens very well to how I am feeling and creates the workouts accordingly. She exhibits a great balance of being a motivator but also a great listener. I have gotten into a lot better shape as a result. Plus, she is a good person who is nice to talk to as well. Highly recommended!

Now that my first 24 session package is coming to an end I wanted to share my experience at Whole Body Fitness.

I honestly didn't know what to expect when I first met with James. Starting out as a 200 pound, 43 year old man that hasn't consistently worked out since high school I didn't know what to expect when considering a personal trainer. Like many people, I've tried the standard gym membership, but never really knew what I was doing and never really saw any change. I came to this studio for personal training. I'm so so happy I've made the investment. I've really enjoyed working out with James this past month! I have learned a ton about nutrition, strength training and weight loss. Way more than I have been getting from classes or information online. We are already starting to see changes in my body. I can't wait to continue working with him over the next two months to get in hot shape for my wedding!

My experience with Whole Body Fitness was great. Steve is extremely knowledgeable and made it so I didn't dread coming to training. Haha... I was actually always surprised how fast the hour passed by. I told him what my goals were, and he really helped me make them a reality! It was a good before and after. ;) I'm still excited about this fitness journey. Steve will help you stick to it both in and out of the gym.

Whole Body Fitness rocks!! I've been working out with Jim and Tammie, the owners of Whole Body Fitness, for years now. They are extremely knowledgeable and have many years of training experience behind them. Our workouts are goal-oriented, individualized, energetic and fun, and Jim is continually providing great advice and motivation to push me to the next level. Additionally, they are able to provide expert nutritional advice, which is the key to success when it comes to diet and exercise. I can't recommend this awesome studio gym enough.

I strongly recommend Whole Body Fitness! It is extremely helpful to have a personal trainer to help and encourage you to accomplish your goals, and here they put the whole picture together with not only exercise and weight training, but also nutrition. If you are struggling to be in the best shape you can be, this is the place for you! After only a month of training here with James, I'm already beginning to see results. A five-star shout out to for Jeremy at Whole Body Fitness! I have been training with Jeremy at WBF now for 5 months and he is quite simply "THE BEST". He has a great understanding of how the body works and how to get the best performance out of you. No "cookie cutter" exercise programs where you feel you are just "going through the motions". Jeremy's training style is functional fitness (though he does all kinds of training). The sessions are always different, evolving, and specific to your goals. Jeremy is truly passionate about fitness and a great motivator

James and Tammie at whole body fitness are the best. In my first four weeks working with them, I've dropped 8 lbs of fat and added 2 lbs of lean muscle. My energy level is at an all time high. Their combination of fitness training and nutrition counseling are unmatched in the industry. They take extra time to ensure that you're maximizing your potential and seeing the results that you desire. Each workout and nutrition session is customized to fit you. Tammie and James have both done a fantastic job helping me lay the groundwork for a healthier and more active lifestyle. Not only have they begun to teach me how to better utilize my workouts, food journaling and menu planing but they have been able to teach me why they have me working on what they do. With their help I've successfully increased my strength while simultaneously taken steps towards a much healthier weight for my size.

Finally, Tammie and James are both easy to get along with. They have found a good balance between pushing me out of my comfort zone while always remaining likable

My husband & I are in our mid & late 40's. We both have arthritis and wanted to strengthen our bodies so that we can still be active and adventurous as we head into our 50's. We struck gold with Whole Body Fitness. My husband trains with James and I train with Juniper. We started this past Janurary and have already seen amazing results. We have more stamina, our strength is definitely improved, we're gaining muscle and losing fat, we're sleeping better and our overall mental/emotional health has improved. I've been working out at WBF for almost 3 years now. Tammie and James changed my life! Tammie is an excellent trainer who tailors every work out to meet your goals. I needed to get stronger for work and Tammie helped me accomplish that goal. When I've had injuries or soreness, Tammie has devised stretches and exercises that alleviated or eliminated the problem entirely. Nutrition counseling with James completely changed the way I thought about healthy eating and how to accomplish my weight loss goals. They are both wonderful people who have since become friends. I've been training at Whole Body Fitness since early 2013. A the time of writing this, in Fall 2014, I'm the fittest I've ever been in my (soon to be) thirty-eight years. I'm very happy about this.

I had neglected my physical fitness for almost a decade and I was staring to see and feel it. I had never tried personal training before, but based on past experience, I knew that to make a long-term positive change in my fitness, I should seriously consider this option. If you are looking to lose inches, lower your body fat % and build lean muscle then look no further. Tammie and James know how to keep you safe while pushing you to succeed. In the last 12 months I lowered my body fat % from 27 to 18! THey keep it simple and affective. I would recommend these guys for sure!

I love this gym! I've been weight training for years and Tammy is by far the best trainer I've ever had. I've really gotten results since I started training and taking classes at Whole Body Fitness. All the trainers know their stuff. I recommend the boxing classes for a fun and empowering workout. Very knowledgeable staff and a great atmosphere.
