In 1919 a man named Fred Stork opened the Stork Nest at this address, then a reputed speakeasy that illegally provided booze, gambling, and women of easy virtue. The gangster Licavoli provided the liquor, his gang a faction of Chicago's infamous Capone mob. Capone would visit Licavoli here at the Stork's Nest, where they would practice their skill with firearms on the back acreage.

Our meat is purchased from Sysco Foods, Gordon's Food Service and from Tank's-Tyler Meats located in Elmore, Ohio. We prepare all our many meat products in house. On an average week, we prepare 400 lbs of Chicken, 140 lbs of Stew Meat and 300 lbs of Ground Beef within our various recipes. We source our Yellow American and White Monterrey Jack cheese from SOFO Foods, a local business in Toledo.

Loved the half potatoes for appetizers, service was amazing, and the bill at the end was actually very acceptable for having drinks with our meal. I would recommend this to all of our friends. Our favorite dish is the deluxe tostada with either the ground beef or Cajun chicken, make sure you tell them to melt the cheese!
