I am 100% agree with residents review that Mill Grove staffs are only good until you are staying there & allowing them to increase rent indefinitely. Once you will leave they will not refund your money & most possible they will charge you more money and use it for their improvements. When we asked (two times by visiting office) them to do all the calculations & let us know the balance they were talking so cool that we thought they are so great & they will refund our money easily. They said don't worry, be relax , we will refund all your deposit in two days after inspection if there is not any

2 weeks in and me and my boy friend love the apartment. Great atmosphere, and neighbors. we had an issue with the sink and maintain came within 30mins to fix the problem. Saba is great, she responds fast and keeps you updated and also checked in on us after we moved in. 4star because we are fairly new. Will see how the next few months go!

I love living at mill grove apartments, it's a safe and clean neighborhood. Also, if you are looking for your next apartment ask for Sabah, she will do her best to help you as she did with me. I love her work ethics.

Saba was such a great help when it came to picking out our apartment. She showed us around the apartments and explained everything in a detailed manner when we came for the in person tour. We had to travel an hour to see and she was very accommodating to our timings. During and after moving in, she has constantly checked in with us to ensure that we are doing well. Thank you so much Saba!
