Bill Barley combines over four decades of photographic excellence with the latest digital tecniques. In addition, he's one of the few aerial photographers in the area. He has been a pilot since 1978 and holds his commercial, instrument, and instructor rating. When not on location, he owns and works in his state-of- the-art, private studio near Columbia, South Carolina.
