Dr. Colleen Schook grew up as what some call a "military brat", which allowed her to move around and live in several states growing up including New York, Alaska, Oklahoma, and Nevada. She returned to New York to finish her undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences at CUNY Hunter College on the Upper East Side of Manhattan.
Dr. Allison Hinsberger

Dr. Allison Hinsberger was born and raised right here in Boulder. She grew up taking advantage of all that the mountains have to offer, camping all across the American West in a VW camper van with her family. After receiving a B.A. in Anthropology from the University of Colorado at Boulder, Dr. Hinsberger relocated to San Francisco.

Bishop and Takemoto proudly served the Boulder community for over 30 years. Dr. Naomi Sever purchased the practice mid-2016 and Drs. Bishop and Takemoto continued to work in the office for the next year to allow continuity of care for patients and pass along their knowledge and love of dentistry. The practice was founded on principles of extraordinary patient care and high quality dentistry.

Our office utilizes some of the best modern dental technologies to provide the highest quality dental treatment. Here's a few examples of what we have available in our practice. Increased Patient Safety: Digital x-rays expose patients to 70% - 80% less radiation than conventional x-rays. This is hugely beneficial to the long-term health of patients, especially pregnant women, or patients who are already suffering from illness.
