They should get someone friendlier on the phones. Joseph Chu seemed very nice over email. Unfortunately, I never got a chance to talk to him because whoever they have answering the phone was short. First impressions are EVERYTHING. I was planning on printing 4 posters at $25 each. There are so many printing companies in Houston, there's no point in working with someone that isn't friendly upon arrival.
