Services
Therapeutic Massage
Our therapeutic massage sessions combine multiple techniques to address specific health goals. This service targets chronic pain, improves range of motion, and promotes recovery from injuries or surgeries. Clients receive personalized treatment plans that may include deep tissue work, myofascial release, and lymphatic drainage to achieve optimal results.
Deep Tissue Massage
This focused treatment addresses chronic muscle tension and specific problem areas. Using advanced techniques like neuromuscular therapy and muscle release, we work on deeper layers of tissue to relieve persistent pain and improve mobility. Sessions incorporate trigger point therapy and myofascial work for comprehensive musculoskeletal support.
Swedish Massage
Designed for general relaxation and wellness maintenance, this service uses classic gliding strokes to relieve stress and improve circulation. Ideal for new clients or those seeking regular maintenance between more intensive treatments, it promotes overall muscle health and mental relaxation through rhythmic, soothing techniques.
Lymphatic Drainage
Specialized gentle strokes stimulate lymphatic circulation to reduce swelling and improve immune function. This technique benefits clients with sinus congestion, post-surgical swelling, or chronic inflammation. Sessions focus on enhancing the body's natural detoxification processes while promoting relaxation and tissue healing.
Post-Surgical Recovery
Customized protocols support healing after procedures like joint replacements or cosmetic surgeries. We employ scar tissue management, edema reduction techniques, and mobility restoration methods to accelerate recovery. This service works alongside physical therapy to optimize post-operative outcomes and minimize complications.

I have a sinus infection and chronic rhinitis. My friend sent me this YouTube video of Heather doing self lymphatic drainage.. it’s amazing! I can feel the lymphatic drainage moving and draining. I always do a little bit of it around my eyes and nose, but now I can go much further with it! I also have some lymphedema in my right arm, and do lymphatic drainage for that. Thanks so much to my friend and Heather!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🙌🙌🙌Heathers videos on YouTube are life changing! My ears were clogged for a week and a half and I had literally tried everything. Nothing changed until I did her techniques from the video. She is incredibly generous to share her knowledge with the world and if I lived in KY you better believe I would be seeing her as often as I could.

Dear Heather, I wanted to personally thank you for your “Self Lymph Drainage” video that you had published to Youtube. I have been suffering from absolutely debilitating pressure in my head that seems to come… and go randomly over the last few weeks. It has contributed to dizziness, brain fog and an overall feeling of detachment among other things. Frankly, I no longer feel like myself at all — like I have been living in an alternate reality. Immediately after doing your exercises I felt much more present and aware. Put simply, I felt like me again. I can’t promise
