About Us
Report
Here are some of the friendly faces you will encounter at our office. Our super friendly assistants, Susie and Deborah, have been a big part of our patient care. They are so knowledgeable and kind while helping each patient feel welcome. In no time at all, our patients feel important and have a sense of belonging.
Chiropractic Adjustments
Report
Spinal Decompression
Report
When spinal discs become injured to the point of "leaking" out the soft jelly-like center, the recovery process is drastically lenghtened. Along with careful chiropractic adjustments, it becomes necessary to "traction" the disc in a way that it "sucks" the jelly-like center back into itself. This is accomplished through a method called extreme traction or spinal decompression.
Functional Medicine
Report
The kind of questions that tell how far from normal is your body functioning, and at the cellular level. You could say that functional medicine is "patient centered" rather that "disease centered". It is a dynamic approach to assessing, preventing and treating complex chronic disease by identifying the dysfunction in the biochemistry of the patient.
Therapeutic Exercise
Report
Partial sit ups are recommended for people with back pain. The same muscle groups are worked out without putting stress on the lower back. You will start just like a regular sit up with your back on the floor, both feet on the floor, and your knees bent. Raise your head, neck, and shoulders off of the floor and hold that position for 5 seconds.
