I've made several efforts to contact these apartments to try to start the leasing process only to be told the "mailbox is full, goodbye". I understand we're in unusual times but how am I supposed to get in contact with you?

I am a former resident of Majors Place in Greenville, TX. I have recently bought and moved into a new build home on Feb 28th. I had told Leah and Maria both I would be leaving the 28th of Feburary when my 4 month lease had ended. I told them that when I signed the 4 month agreement. There would absolutely be no renewal. The leasing office and I have spoken over the phone around 4 times in the last 2 months where they were aware I was leaving. And even asked me how it was going with the new build. I had even called leah 2 weeks before Feb 28th to make sure I had a zero balance owed. She confirmed

Majors Place is one of the few great apartment communities I have lived in. Miss Lia and Maria really seem to care about the residents. You might pay less for rent somewhere else, but Majors Place is worth the price.

They are VERY RUDE! Complain about oil spills and giving fines and when I looked around the property I noticed there were quite a few more oil spills and huge ones at that are you going to fine everyone or just single who you want out?? They are very disrespectful the maintenance man came up yelling asking who was going to clean it up because he wasn't. If you hate your job so much QUIT! 1 star is generous this is the most disrespectful staff I have ever dealt with I would NEVER recommend moving here unless you like being yelled at for no reason. You'll never get my business and I see why they
