Dr. Lessner is a proud native Texan, and has called North Texas home for most of her life. She graduated from Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee, and obtained a Masters of Public Health at Emory University in Atlanta. Her medical school education was at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, and she completed her pediatric training at Children's Mercy Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri.
